  1. The CCTV system serving the premises shall be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times.
  2. All CCTV images/recordings shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and shall be made available for viewing by any police, community support or authorised person upon demand and shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  3. Signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position both inside and outside the premises warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
  4. Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of under age sales and the operation of the refusals book. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall on request be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised person.
  5. The age verification scheme operated at the premises shall be "Challenge 25". The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25" scheme. This means that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
  6. The only forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other form of ID as agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
  7. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the counter area.
  8. A book, or other form of record shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded. This "challenge book", or other form of record, a version of which must be kept in English, shall be made available for inspection by any police or community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
  9. A clear glazing policy shall be kept at the premises so that staff have an unobstructed view of the area above counter level outside of the premises through the front windows of the premises. The exception to this shall be the display of notices required by law and any required as a condition of this licence.
