- A period of 20 minutes to allow clients to drink-up will be permitted in addition to the opening times specified,.
- A high quality digital CCTV system be installed and maintained and shall operate at all times the premises is open to the public( to cover the whole of the shop floor, including the areas to be used for beer and wine). Recordings must be kept for 31 days and copies must be provided to officers of the Police and/or Local Authority on request. Sufficient staff must be trained in the use of the CCTV system to enable recordings to be provided without delay.2. A refusals book will be kept on the premises and regularly inspected by a member of the store’s management and will be available for inspection by Police and Council authorised officers.3. The premises will operate Challenge 25 in relation to the sale of alcohol, requiring all those who appear to be under 25 to be asked for a recognised form of photographic identification. All staff will be trained in the operation of the Challenge 25 policy and refresher training will be provided and documented. Signs will be placed at the point of sale and around the store informing customers that Challenge 25 is in operation at the premises.,.
