Licence conditions (11)
  1. There shall be no off sales except to persons who are resident on the premises or who are members of the Social Club operated by the Park.
  2. Alcohol shall be sold only in the parts of the premises coloured red on the plans attached to the licence.
  3. Training The premises licence holder shall ensure that a training package is in place in order for all staff involved with the sale or supply of alcohol to be sufficiently trained in licensing matters proportionate to their role and responsibilities. Particular attention should be paid to underage sales / ID verification and the refusal of alcohol sales to drunk persons. Records shall be kept of this training, dated and signed by the staff member and trainer. Refresher training shall be completed at least every 12 months again with documented records that are available for Police inspection. A written record shall be retained at the premises that lists the staff members who have been authorised to sell alcohol following their training. This shall also be made available to the Police on request.
  4. Refusals / ID checks / incident book The premises licence holder shall ensure that a refusals book / ID checks / incident book or log is maintained by staff at the premises. These records shall be retained for a minimum of 1 year and be made available to the Police and other responsible authorities upon request.
  5. The premises licence holder shall ensure that recordable CCTV is in place when licensable activity is taking place indoors. This must be of a reasonable standard that provides good quality playback footage. There shall be sufficient cameras to cover primary public areas in addition to cameras covering the entrances. Imagery obtained must be retained for a minimum of 28 days on a rolling basis. This must be made available in a format that can be viewed on a Windows based computer without the need for enhancement. Footage must be given to the Police on request.
  6. Where events of live or amplified music are to be held outside in the evening, the Council's environmental health department shall be informed a minimum of 7 days prior to the event, giving full details including timings and expecting numbers.
  7. Outdoor music events will finish by midnight at the latest and all reasonable steps will be taken to keep the music volume at an acceptable level to both the local residents and the site residents.
  8. The provision of regulated entertainment until 06.00 for special occasions will be on a maximum of 20 times a year.
  9. When regulated entertainment is taking place indoors after midnight all windows and doors will remain closed except for access and egress.
  10. Whenever regulated entertainment is provided indoors after midnight the doors and windows to the room where the entertainment is taking place will be closed other than for access and egress.
  11. ID - Challenge 25 The premises licence holder shall ensure that a system is in place to ensure that every individual who appears to be under 25 years of age seeking to purchase or be supplied with alcohol at or from the premises, shall produce acceptable means of identification and age confirmation to confirm they are 18 or over. Acceptable identification shall be a passport, photo driving licence, PASS accredited photo ID or Military ID. If the person seeking alcohol is unable to produce acceptable means of identification, no sale or supply of alcohol will be made to or for that person.
