- During the winter months - namely January and February the business opening times are limited to weekends only. During March, November and December business opening times reduce to 5 days per week, Weds - Sun.
- CCTV shall be installed showing correct date and time information. The CCTV will cover the internal public areas in the club house and the outside seating and smoking area. The CCTV shall provide images of good quality in all lighting conditions. The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority on request. CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
- Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the Police. CCTV cameras will cover the entrances and exits of the premises and the bar and till areas.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure the CCTV recording system is checked daily when the venue is open, to ensure it is operating correctly, any faults are to be recorded in a logbook with the date and time an engineer has been called to repair the fault and to also record the immediate notification of the fault to the premises licence holder by staff. The logbook shall be available to inspection by a police officer or a responsible officer.
- Signage will indicate to customers the CCTV is in operation and Police will have access to images on request.
- No persons shall be allowed to consume alcohol before participating in any activities.
- In order to do this competent staff who are appropriately trained in their responsibilities will be in place.
- Staff training shall be undertaken. Training delivered to staff shall be recorded.
- Training shall cover: • The licensing objectives • The requirements for ID as part of age verification. • Prevention of underage sales. • Dealing with an intoxicated person, or a drug related incident. • Dealing with disorderly incidents/disorderly persons • Staff will be trained on their responsibility to refuse service underage or overly intoxicated individuals. • Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol. • Recording of incidents • Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults • Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives. • All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
- An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue. • Any incidents of disorder • Persons banned from the premises.
- There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol this shall be kept and maintained on the premises. . The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS or duty manager.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall adopt a 'Challenge 21/25' policy on the premises, with signage clearly displayed to the public.
- Staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for photographic ID to prove their age.
- A third-party licensed security firm will be employed to support our staff in their roles and control access to the licensed premises as required
- Appropriate fencing is in place in the outdoor areas to keep patrons away from slopes leading down to the water's edge.
- Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place including fire extinguishers - these are inspected to ensure functionality.
- Emergency exits are marked and kept clear of obstructions at all times.
- Members of staff are regularly briefed on emergency procedures.
- The main outdoor areas on the far side of our premises will have the noise levels monitored
- Customers will be asked to leave quietly when making their way out of the premises.
- Clear and legible signage will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard for our neighbours.
- Children will only be allowed onto our terrace accompanied by an adult.
- The 'corral / courtyard' entrance area to the premises from the car park will be child friendly alcohol-free area

- The applicant is to ensure no one leaves the licensing area to consume alcohol sold on the licensed premises.
- During hours of operation there should always be a member of staff on the site who is able to operate the CCTV.
- During hours of operation there should always be a nominated member of staff available to receive noise complaints, with a dedicated telephone number.
- There should be a sufficient supply of litter bins, and staff shall keep the licensed premises clear of litter.
