Licence conditions (19)
  1. CCTV will be in place to prevent criminal behaviour / vandalism.
  2. CCTV will be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions, particularly facial recognition.
  3. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises, fire exits and all areas where the sale and supply of alcohol occurs.
  4. Our equipment will be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings will be kept on the hard drive and kept for a period of 31 days.
  5. The premises licence holder must ensure at all times a DPS or appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format to the Police and Local Authority upon reasonable request.
  6. A refusal register will be in operation at the premises. All staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in the system and it will record the following: Item refused, name of description of the person refused, reason for refusal, name of staff member making refusal.
  7. The refusal system will be available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
  8. The premises will undertake the "Challenge 25" scheme which will be advertised within the premises by way of sufficient posters to make the public aware.
  9. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the "Challenge 25" scheme and such training will be recorded.
  10. All persons that sell or supply alcohol to customers will have licensing training and any new employees will be supervised until the training has taken place. Refresher training will be repeated a minimum of every six months or earlier if required due to changes in legislation.
  11. Training records will be kept on the premises and shall contain the nature, content and frequency of all training.
  12. Records will be made available for inspection by Police, Police Licensing Officer and authorised offers from the Local Authority upon request, either electronically or hard copy.
  13. We have a strict no drugs policy with signage placed around the buildings and toilets.
  14. Anyone clearly over the limit or behaving in a disorderly manner will not be served at the bar and will be asked to leave.
  15. Signs in the car park asking customers to keep the noise down when leaving the premises,
  16. Bins at the entrance to prevent litter.
  17. Keeping the premises clean and tidy including any outside areas.
  18. No adult entertainment on the premises. Premises will be safe and secure - there will be someone at reception or front of house staff for all events.
  19. No children to stand at the bar.
