Licence conditions (12)
  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of Practice (Latest Edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with public areas, including all access and egress points covered.
  2. The CCTV system shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  3. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are open for trading.
  4. Images will be retained for a period of at least 31 days by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  5. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other appropriate means of the image within 48hrs of the initial request being made by either the Police or Local Authority.
  6. The premises will become members of the Maid-Safe Radio system and a member of staff on site, will monitor the radio system at all times that they are open for late night refreshment.
  7. At this restaurant all shift running managers have safety and security training.
  8. This restaurant has safety systems in place to protect the safety of customers and staff at all times and is subject to inspections to ensure systems are being maintained.
  9. Staff receive training to ensure safe working methods and evacuation procedures.
  10. The store operates a "No open alcohol containers" policy to prevent persons carrying open alcohol into the in store area.
  11. Conduct litter patrols to collect packaging and other litter within a certain distance of the restaurant.
  12. Measures in place to limit noise include self closing doors and requests to customers to be considerate to neighbours.
