The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed. The restaurant will:
Operate a robust CCTV Policy to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and to assist the Police with the Prevention and detection of crime.
Display appropriate signage reflecting the operation of CCTV within the premises
Operate a digital motion activated CCTV system where images are retained on a hard drive for a period of 31 days. The CCTV equipment will be of a standard suitable to record images of a proper quality and will meet industry standard. As part of the system ,an alarm will sound if the equipment is faulty or not recording, thereby alerting management for the need to intervene. The CCTV system will be regularly serviced by qualified maintenance technicians.
Provide access to CCTV footage to Police upon request.
The Premises Supervisor in situ shall liaise with local neighbours to resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with existing Role in the Community Guidelines.
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
9.. Any litter dropped or discarded outside the premises shall be retrieved and disposed of correctly by a member of staff to prevent nuisance.
Childrens parties shall not be held during the licensed period.
