  1. Late Night Refreshment shall be provided Monday to Sunday (daily) between 23:00 and 05:00 each following day from the drive thru only.
  2. No customers shall be allowed in the restaurant after 23:00 hours on Monday to Sunday (daily).
  3. The CCTV system shall be capable of obtaining clear facial recognition images and a clear head to shoulder image of every driver in a vehicle using the drive thru lanes.
  4. Cameras shall be installed so as to cover both internal and external areas of the premises and specifically the drive thru lane at the entrance and exit, point of sale and collection areas.
  5. Staff shall be fully trained in the operation of the CCTV system and there shall be at least one member of staff on duty during trading hours who is able to provide copies of CCTV recordings to the Police and authorised persons (as defined by section 13 of the Licensing Act 2003).
  6. All CCTV recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days and made available within 3 days of any request of police or authorised persons (as defined by section 13 of the Licensing Act 2003).
  7. All incidents of crime and disorder shall be recorded in an incident log and reported to the police as soon as practicable. This log shall be kept on the premises and made available on request to the police and responsible authorities.
  8. An Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system shall be installed throughout the premises car-park, records of which shall be retained for 31 days and made available to the Police upon request, and in any event within 3 days.
