Licence conditions (1)
- The following conditions be imposed on the licence:• The premises licence holder will hold quarterly meetings with local residents and ward Councillors. • The premises licence holder will provide a phone number of the duty manager of the premises to local residents, to enable any issues associated with the premises to be reported.• The internal area of the premises will be closed to the public during the hours of 23.00 to 05.00 each day. Additionally, the conditions suggested by Colchester Borough Council's Environmental Protection Team, and which were amended during the meeting, be imposed as follows: • The licence holder shall risk assess the need for outside staff patrols, and will work with the management of the Retail Park in this respect. • Customers of McDonald's to be managed to minimise disturbance to any noise sensitive premises.• Notices to be displayed within the premises regarding the disposal of litter and the behaviour of customers on leaving the premises. • Any extract ventilation systems to be maintained so as to prevent odours causing a nuisance at sensitive premises. Maintenance records for any such system to be kept for 12 months.• The licence holder shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the outside tables and chairs are not used by customers at any time during the licensable hours of the premises.• Monitoring McDonald's designated car parking spaces in the car park and the outside area by staff and CCTV during opening hours when used by patrons of McDonalds.• Litter bins shall be provided within the boundary of the premises in sufficient capacity to ensure that customers can adequately dispose of any litter; such bins to be emptied regularly.• All staff shall be trained in the conditions in force under this licence. Documented records of training completed shall be kept for each member of staff. Training shall be regularly refreshed and at no greater than?12 monthly intervals.
