Licence conditions (8)
- A 30-minute extension of opening hours after the end of the sale of alcohol will be provided, with access to pub toilet facilities.
- Staff will be trained on how to handle incidents in relation to informing the police and seeking their assistance.
- The Police will be given not less than 10 working days advance notice in writing when an event day is planned. The Police may veto the event by giving notice within 5 working days if they reasonably believe it will harm the crime and disorder objective.
- No drinks will be dispensed in glass bottles, other than wine and water, on a Friday and Saturday night after 20:00 hours.
- All associated regulated entertainment and other licensable activities will adhere to the sale of alcohol hours and the wind down period pro rata.
- The Noise Management Policy will be in situ and in operation at this house.
- The garden will be closed at midnight at weekends and 23:30 during the week.
- Children under 16 will not be allowed on the premises after 00.00 hours. The restriction set out in the Licensing Act 2003 will apply, so any adult accompanying the children provides their protection from harm. Safety on the premises and using play equipment is fully covered by other legislation.
