Licence conditions (13)
- No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be served alcohol or allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
- Alcohol shall only be served to persons over 18 years of age as an ancillary to a substantial table meal which is being consumed on the premises.
- The premises shall operate in accordance with the ¿challenge 21¿ scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to a person aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age shall be required to produce proof of their age. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear an prominent position at the premises.
- The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, a passport of a photo UK full driving licence
- Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the facade (facade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises.
- The CCTV system serving the premises shall:
- Be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times;
- The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made;
- All images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days;
- CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand;
- The original , or a clear copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person;
- Copies shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software; and
- No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
