Licence conditions (9)
  1. All staff will have training in their responsibilities pertaining to the sale of alcohol.
  2. Sufficient and competent staff shall be on duty during opening times to fulfil the terms and conditions of the licence.
  3. CCTV coverage shall be installed and maintained. Copies of any footage will be made available to the police upon request.
  4. Appropriate safety procedures will be set up and followed and all appliances will be inspected annually.
  5. All emergency exits will be kept free from obstruction at all times.
  6. Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and to have regard to neighbouring properties and all customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly.
  7. The licensee and staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for proof of age in the form of photographic ID.. Acceptable identification includes the following: types - photocard driving licence; - valid passport; - PASS accredited Proof of Age Card; - an official identity card issued by HM forces or by an EU country
  8. All staff will be trained for underage sales prevention regularly. A register of refused sales shall be kept and maintained on the premises.
  9. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 will be asked by staff to produce photographic proof of age documentation.
