Licence conditions (13)
  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the Police that complies with the CCTV Code of Practice (2008 edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with good coverage of all internal public areas as well as all points of access and egress for the site.
  2. The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  3. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are undertaking licensable activities.
  4. Images will be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the Licence holder deems appropriate,
  5. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording of the images by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other appropriate means within 48 hrs of a request for the image being made.
  6. An incident book will be kept on the premises and all entries will be countersigned by the duty manager. This book will be available to Police or the Licensing Authority upon request.
  7. Only plastic drink vessels will be used at the outside bars.
  8. On match days no drinks vessels made from glass are to be permitted outside the Pavillion Club House or Corporate Boxes during the match which is defined as, from 15 minutes prior to the start of the game and to 15 minutes after the end of the game.
  9. A 'Challenge 25' scheme will be adopted at the premises.
  10. The telephone number of Maidstone United Football Club will be displayed on the outside of the premises.
  11. For the purposes of this licence a match day is defined as a football match.
  12. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be fully trained in the 'Challenge 25' scheme and this training will be recorded. Such records will be available to the Police or other responsibility authority upon request.
  13. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be fully trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.
