  2. Anyone using the catering facilites at this hall, must ensure that they have adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (Geneal Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.
  3. A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 1 June 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  4. A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 24 May 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  5. A new Fire Alarm Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 24 May 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
  6. A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 24 May 2005, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
