Licence conditions (6)
  1. Limited alcohol will be served (for consumption on the premises) and this will only be at pre-planned events.
  2. Internet and telephone customers will only be able to purchase alcohol for consumption off the premises which will be sold in sealed containers.
  3. For anyone, other than those attending pre-planned events, sales of alcohol for consumption on the premises will not be possible.
  4. Children will not be permitted to join ticketed distillery events.
  5. A 'Challenge 21' policy will be adopted with only a passport, driving licence or PASS mark holographic ID accepted as proof of age should the age of a customer be in doubt.
  6. New members of staff appointed will be trained in the sale of age restricted products under the guidance issued by trading standards or any new guidance that supersedes it. No person under the age of 18 shall be responsible for the sale of alcohol.
