  1. Crime & Disorder
  2. Stewards and SIA security staff will be easily identifiable and wearing high visibility jacket to increase sense of presence of security and make public feel safe.
  3. SIA Security are focused on crimes associated with events such as pick-pocketing, shop-lifting and anti-social behaviour
  4. Members of the public who appear aggressive or may cause anti-social behaviour on site will be refused entry or escorted off site by SIA security staff. 2x security at the gate. 1x security permanently posted at alcohol service stall, 2x security patrolling site.
  5. The Bar staff have knowledge of appropriate identification techniques and will be applying Challenge 25 procedures.

  16. Site Manager will ensure that any noise complaints are logged and checked immediately with the sound engineer to fix the issue. We will ensure :- o they are protected from abuse whilst participating in activities provided at Magic of Thailand Events. o Lost child and vulnerable adult policy and procedures are shared in advance of the event. o Lost child staff and First Aid staff DBS checked. o Ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in respect of safeguarding. o Ensure appropriate action is taken in the event of incidents/concerns of abuse. o Any incidents logged and details of those involved taken and recorded confidentially To protect staff and the child no-one will be left alone with a child at any time.
