  2. The greatest consumption of alcohol is served to guests who have generally booked for lunch or dinner.
  3. Alcohol is not served to under 18 year olds.
  4. Health and Safety policy in place.
  5. Fire certificate renewed annually and equipment serviced every 6 months.
  6. PAT testing annually.
  7. Due to the isolated position of the hotel noise nuisance is not a problem.
