  1. LRERA consists of two large halls uncorporating two bars and one middle bar.
  2. Facilities are used by the members of the association and their guests.
  3. The building is situated in a cul-de-sac see plan attached.
  4. Adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matter ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of childre (i.e. nudity, semi- nudity, films for restricted age groups, gaming machines):
  5. Annual "gentlemans evening" (consultation with police licensing prior to booking)
  6. Involving visit by comedian and stripper.
  7. Definitely NO CHILDREN allowed on this occasion.
