  1. A Health & Safety policy shall be maintained.
  2. An Accident book shall be maintained.
  3. A First Aid kit shall be maintained.
  4. A Fire Policy shall be maintained and fire risk assessments shall be carried out.
  5. Numbers on the premises shall be restricted according to Condition 4 of the Standard Conditions.
  6. Members of the committee, and the Hall Caretaker, shall monitor the condition of the fixtures and fittings of the Hall.
  7. The Village Hall electrics shall be checked by a qualified electrician at least every 5 years.
  8. Music, entertainment and dancing shall end an hour before the time permitted by the licence, to ensure no over-run.
