Licence conditions (1)
- The following non standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: New Years Eve (31/12) 08.00hrs to 08.00hrs the following day (01/01) for the supply of alcohol, opening times and late night refreshment. When opening hours are extended on New Years Eve, timings for all regulated entertainment and entertainment facilities except Live Music shall be extended to 15 mins before the close. When opening hours are extended on New Years Eve, timings for Live Music shall be extended to 60 mins before the close. There shall be a 60 Minute wind down period to allow a staggered departure from the premises Health and Safety and fire procedure posters shall be displayed on site. Accident record book and first aid kit shall be kept on the premises. Emergency lighting shall be provided. All areas shall be cleared of bottles/glasses on a regular basis. Entrances/exits shall be kept clear at all times in case of emergencies. All music levels shall be reduced from midnight to a lower tempo. All music shall cease prior to close. Windows shall be closed as required to reduce noise levels. No doors shall be propped open after 23.00hrs. Signs shall be displayed requesting the patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner to respect neighbours. The DPS or a responsible deputy are to conduct a boundary audit, to ensure no noise is heard at the nearest noise sensitive premises, particularly during regulated entertainment. No bottle/bin refuse shall be emptied or collected between 21.00hrs and 09.00hrs. Signage shall be displayed regarding the supervision of children at all times. Soft drinks and snacks shall be available at all times. Where adult entertainment is planned, no persons under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition.
