Impart proper training regarding licensing issues to all staff.
A CCTV system shall be installed that is capable of recording for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV recordings shall be made continuously during all trading periods. The CCTV System shall be capable of producing copies on site.
Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided on request to an officer under the direction and control of the Police or an Officer of the Licensing Authority. The operators will join any Pubwatch, Neighbourhood Watch or CDRP scheme if deemed appropriate by the Licensing Authority.
Customers will be encouraged to respect any residential neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Operate challenge 25 scheme within the premises at all times.
All staff employed in the sale of alcohol have been given training to ensure that they adopt the challenge 25 scheme at all times. Training records have been signed and kept within the premises. All refusal to underage will be clearly stated in the refusal record and signed. Signage is displayed within the premises to show that challenge 25 scheme is in operation.
All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
