Licence conditions (12)

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition, permitted hours means: (a) On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (b) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. (c) On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. (d) On Good Friday, 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
The above restrictions do not prohibit: (a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; (b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; (c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; or (d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises. Recorded Music Provision may be made for the public entertainment in the premises by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts (or of programmes included in any programme service [within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990] other than a sound or television broadcasting service), or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound.
CCTV is operational internally and externally throughout the premises and the data is stored in the form of digital media. A camera is located in the entrance to the premises capturing head and shoulders of persons on entry/exit. Images will be retained for a period of 60 days and will be available on request to the relevant authorities.
The Company has a proven due diligence scheme in place.
Regular training is offered to employees on an ongoing basis.
The Premises will comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The premises is not located in a residential area but on a main road industrial estate. The location will not give rise to public nuisance. The majority of industrial units on the estate are closed by 2200 every evening and therefore, no nuisance will be caused to other businesses on the site.

Identification will be requested from anyone who appears to look under the age of 21 years in the form of the following: Passport Photocard Driving Licence PASS proof of age card.
The premises has an EPOS till system which provides alerts to staff when serving age restricted products.
As the Premises are located on a main road, access by vehicle is required, hence youths/children will not be loitering in the vicinity.
