Licence conditions (11)
  1. All staff will be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003.
  2. Training records will be kept at the premises.
  3. Refresher training will be given to all staff at least every 12 months.
  4. The prevention of crime and disorder
  5. A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained at the premises to cover the entrance and internal public areas.
  6. Recorded images shall be kept for 31 days and provided to Police or Local Authority Officers in a useable form, upon request.
  7. An incident book will be maintained at the premises to record details of any incidents, the nature of which may compromise any of the licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003.
  8. CCTV recording dates and times shall be linked to incident book entries.
  9. The protection of children from harm
  10. A Challenge 25 Policy will be operated at the premises with appropriate signage displayed inside and outside the premises.
  11. A refusals register will be in use at the premises to record age related and other refused sales. This will be held in either electronic or hard copy form.
