Licence conditions (8)
  1. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  2. The licence holder shall ensure that the premise will have sufficient trained staff on duty to fulfil the conditions of the licence.
  3. Staff training records will be kept at the premises, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of the local authority and or the Police. The prevention of crime and disorder
  4. The licence holder shall keep and maintain refusals register at the premises to record all instances of refusal to serve alcohol and any incidents at the premises. This shall be made available to authorised officers of the Police and Local Authority upon demand.
  5. The licence holder shall install and maintain a CCTV system at the premises to record at all times members of the public are on the premises. The cameras must cover all bar areas and ingress and egress to the premises. The recordings shall be of facial recognition quality and must be kept for 28 days. A member of staff must be able to provide copies of the images to authorised officers of Police within 48 hours.
  6. The licence holder shall ensure that any instance of a criminal nature will be reported to the police. Public Safety - The prevention of public nuisance
  7. The licence holder shall clearly display signs requesting customers to leave the premises quietly. The protection of children from harm
  8. The licence holder shall operate a Challenge 25 System and shall train all members of staff in its operation. Only recognised photo ID will be accepted, and all refusals shall be entered in the refusals register.
