Licence conditions (15)
- Merseyside Police (Licensing Unit) to be informed of Bar locations a minimum of 28 days prior to an event.
- Where an alcohol consumption area is planned, all alcohol will be served into polycarbonate vessels.
- An event management plan produced to Merseyside police (28 days prior to an event) ensuring that the sale/supply and consumption of alcohol will be within a designated area. This/these designated area (s) to be agreed with Merseyside Police.
- The sale/supply of alcohol/consumption of alcohol will take place within this designated area and the Licence Holder shall ensure that adequate signage is provided to show the designated area (s).
- Consultation with the joint agencies were appropriate.
- An event manager will be on site at all times
- Signs and management event plan ensuring consumption of alcohol within designated area.
- All businesses and residents will be informed of the event before a market takes place.
- Generators on site will be low volume (below 90 decibels) and will not cause any disruption.
- Music by individual traders will be managed and monitored.
- An event document and risk assessment will be drafted for every event and available to all joint agencies on request.
- Events of a size and significance will have a specific joint agency meeting.
- All completion certificates and 'sign off' certificates will be kept on site and available for inspection.
- A proof of age scheme will be in operation.
- Where appropriate, a lost children/person will be in operation
