  4. Hold a minimum of one joint agency meeting prior to the event
  5. Submit, for full agency support, event documentation as per the Event Planning Guide
  6. A register of all steward on duty must be kept on site
  7. Challenge 21 policy in operation
  8. No glass policy on site
  9. SIA will be present at the stall offering the sale of alcohol
  10. A full refuse plan will be in place
  11. Inform by way of letter all residents adjacent to the event supplying full event arrangements and a contact number for enquiries on the day
  12. The licence will only be valid for one weekend in September - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, One Weekend over the Easter Holidays, - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, One Weekend on October - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
