Licence conditions (4)
  1. • We will operate a zero - tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and anti- social behaviour on the premises. • CCTV will be installed and maintained in working order, covering key areas, including entrances, exits, and the main trading area. Footage will be retained for a minimum of 28 days and made available to the police upon request. • All staff will be trained to identify and appropriately handle disorderly or suspicious behaviour, including how to refuse service when necessary.
  2. • We will comply fully with current fire safety, health and safety, and building regulations. • Fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and clearly marked fire exits will be regularly checked and maintained. • Staffs will be trained in basic first aid and fire safety procedures. • Maximum occupancy numbers will be adhered to at all times to prevent overcrowding.
  3. • Where applicable, music will be kept at a reasonable volume, and windows/ doors will be closed in the evenings to minimise sound leakage. • We will monitor outside areas to ensure that customers do not cause excessive noise or littering. • Deliveries and waste collection will be scheduled to take place at reasonable times to avoid disturbance. • A complaints procedure will be in place so that any issues raised by local residents can be addressed promptly.
  4. • We will operate a Challenge 25 policy to ensure no alcohol is sold to anyone under the age of 18. Acceptable ID will include passports, photo driving licences, and PASS- accredited cards. • Staff will be trained on age- restricted products and how to deal with attempts to purchase by underage individuals. • All age -check refusal will be recorded in a refusals log. • Children will only be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult. • Any adults- only events will be clearly advertised as such, and access will be restricted accordingly.
