Licence conditions (14)
  1. All four licensing objectives will be at the forefront of our minds during private events.
  2. Responsible Drinking.
  3. Alcohol to be served by personal licence holders.
  4. Refusal of alcohol to people that are showing signs of too much consumed i.e. behaving irresponsibly.
  5. No under age drinking - ID required.
  6. Disposal of glass correctly and areas free of glass debris.
  7. Fire risk assessment, regular servicing of extinguishers etc. by Beacon Fire Protection.
  8. Weekly fire alarm testing.
  9. Fire Doors to be kept closed and unlocked at all times.
  10. No loud noise after midnight.
  11. Guests/members of the public will remain on the premises for the duration of the event.
  12. Children will be supervised by parent or guardian at all times.
  13. Children kept away from bar area.
  14. Children to have a designated play area i.e. crèche.
