  1. A master copy of the current members register shall be held at the venue and available for inspection by a police officer or authorised officer on request.
  2. All bona fide guests shall on entry, be signed into a visitors record book by the club member inviting the guest onto the premises and will record :- (a) Date and time of guest entry (b) Name and address of guest (c) Name of club member signing in a guest(s).
  3. All events authorised for licensable activities on the premises shall be approved by the committee and recorded into a register.
  4. No events which involve licensable activity shall be permitted for persons between the ages of 16 and 25 years on the club premises, unless authorised by the sports club association committee and a committee member is present throughout the event.
  5. To promote the crime and disorder licensing objective, the committee shall undertake a risk assessment to determine if an SIA door supervisor is required where the capacity at an event is expected to exceed 50 persons. The risk assessment to be retained by the committee for one calendar year.
  6. CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover internal public areas of the licensable area. The CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the premises. All CCTV footage to be retained for a minimum of 31 days and made available to police in a downloaded format within 24 hours of request.
  7. The club committee shall ensure bar staff have training on appointment and at six monthly intervals on :-
  8. (b) The requirements for ID as part of age verification.
  9. (c) Dealing with an intoxicated person (d) Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons (e) Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premises.
  10. (f) Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol (g) Recording of incidents
  11. Reporting of incidents to police and information shall be shared with police to promote the
  12. All training records shall be available to an authorised officer on request.
  13. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and shall record the following: (a) All crimes reported at the venue (b) All ejections of patrons (c) Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder (d) All drugs seized or found (e) Any incidents of disorder (f) Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy (g) Persons banned from the premises
  14. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by a member of the bar committee and endorsed accordingly.
  15. The bar committee shall ensure a 'Challenge 25'policy is adopted on the premises at all times.
  16. Signage of the 'Challenge 25 'policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
