Licence conditions (10)
  1. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the facade (facade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises.
  2. The premises shall operate in accordance with the ¿challenge 21¿ scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears under 21 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises
  3. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the ¿PASS¿ hologram logo, a passport, or a photo UK full driving licence.
  4. A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book must be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  5. Where a customer aged 18 years or over indicates that they are purchasing alcohol for a 16 or 17 year old, to drink with their meal, the 16 or 17 year old shall also be required to produce a valid proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification area proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, a photo UK driving licence or a passport.
  6. Notices shall be displayed in the front patio area to read ¿ Please keep noise to a minimum to respect local residents when leaving¿
  7. With the exception of the entrance/exit from the premises, the authorised use of the front patio area shall cease at midnight.
  8. No adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use if the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children is allowed on the premises.
  9. Free drinking water shall be provided to customers on request.
  10. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises shall be limited to wines and liqueurs.
