  1. CCTV will be installed at the premises and will be maintained in good working order. There shall be sufficient cameras to cover all public areas including areas of access and egress and any images will be retained for at least 31 days. Any recorded images will be provided upon request to any Police Officer or Local Authority Licensing Officer.
  2. A refusals register will be kept and maintained on site recording any instances where a person attempting to purchase alcohol has been refused sale. Any entries made in the register shall be countersigned by a supervisor or manager
  3. The Refusals register shall show the following details:
  4. The item refused
  5. The date and time of the refusal
  6. The name or description of the person refused sale
  7. The reason for the refusal.
  8. The Refusals Register shall be available for inspection upon request by any Police Officer, Trading Standards Officer and Local Authority Licensing Officer.
  9. A 'Challenge 25' policy shall be in operation where any person who is attempting to purchase alcohol and who appears to under the age of 25 years must provide valid photographic identification as proof of age.
