Licence conditions (19)
  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of practice (Latest Edition), produced by the information Commissioners Office, with all public areas covered.
  2. The CCTV system shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis. Records shall be kept to that effect.
  3. CCTV shall be operational at all times that members of the public are on the premises.
  4. CCTV images will be retained for a period of at least 30 days.
  5. The Police or local authority will be allowed to take a copy of any recording by way of an appropriate format within 48hrs of request.
  6. The premises will undertake the Challenge 25 Scheme, all staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the Challenge 25 scheme and such training will be recorded.
  7. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be fully trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and such training shall be recorded.
  8. A refusal recording system will be kept at the premises. The following information will be recorded by the system:-
  9. (i) Time of refusal
  10. (ii) Item refused
  11. (iii) Name or description of person refused.
  12. (iv) Reason for refusal
  13. (v) Name of the staff member making the refusal
  14. The refusal recording system will be available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officers or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
  15. Drugs policy (written and displayed).
  16. Implementation of crowd management measures. Suitable and sufficient risk assessments.
  17. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.
  18. Control of operating hours to consider last admission time. Prevent over occupancy.
  19. Children to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
