  1. The premises is a restaurant positioned in a rural setting. Various events and functions including weddings take place in the marquee. The premises do not attract groups of young people. Crime and disorder have never been an issue at the premises. The premises are responsibly run by experienced management.

  3. Risk assessments are routinely carried out All fire certificates are in place There are designated first aiders amongst the staff.
  4. The premises are situated in a rural location. Customers do not have to walk through a residential area when they leave the premises. The premises has it's own car park. The management are sensitive to the issue of noise and an acoustic screen has been built into the marquee. A noise limiter is also used for all amplified music.
  5. All children must be accompanied by an adult whilst on the premises.
