  1. The premises will only be open between 9am to 5pm to the public. Between 8am to 9am & 5pm to 9:30pm the premises may be used to fulfil orders and deliveries. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. No cash will be handled by delivery drivers.
  3. Any identified alcohol criminal offences will be reported directly to the police.
  4. The delivery of alcohol will only be to pre-arranged addresses. There will be strict terms and conditions of purchase and these will emphasise the right to and the duty to refuse alcohol sales or supplies where there are concerns over age, drunkenness, location or the vulnerability of customers.
  5. There will be a refusal logbook detailing whenever a sale of alcohol is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18 years. This will be both for any refusals of sales at the premises or at point of delivery. This log will be kept on the premises and will be made available to authorities on request. Public safety
  6. The licence holder shall maintain existing staff and customer safety procedures including complying with requirements and reporting of accidents. Prevention of public nuisance
  7. Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by customers purchasing food and drink must be available and maintained.
  8. Deliveries of goods necessary for the operation of the business and or completion of customer orders will be carried out at such a time or manner as to prevent nuisance to nearby residents. Protection of children from harm
  9. The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
