  2. The restaurant has always been operated to the highest standards of the objectives mentioned. All members of staff are informed of the company's policies and are monitored with regard to understanding and implementing the policies.
  3. The prevention of crime and disorder
  4. As with paragraph (d) below, all members of staff are advised on the company's policy towards crime and public disorder. All staff are requested to call the police if trouble is likely to occur.
  5. Public Safety
  6. The staff are requested to check the restaurant on a regular basis to ensure there are no hazards and all equipment is checked on a regular basis.
  7. The prevention of public nuisance
  8. The restaurant has a strict policy on serving customers who are likely to cause trouble. No drinks would be served and those responsible would be asked to leave.
  9. The protection of children from harm
  10. The restaurant has very few children as customers and when they are dining they ar always with an adult.

  13. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:

  15. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;

  20. (b) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, and on Good Friday: 12 noon to 11:30 p.m.
  21. (c) On Christmas Day: 12 noon to 11:30 p.m.;
  22. (d) On New Year's Eve except on a Sunday, 10.00 a.m. to midnight
  23. (e) On New Years Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 11.30 p.m.
  24. (f) On New Years Eve from the end of the permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, until midnight on 31 December).
  25. CONDITIONS FOR JUSTICES' RESTAURANT LICENCE
  26. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the said premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.
  27. Suitable non-alcoholic beverages, including drinking water, shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
