All staff will be fully trained in their responsibilities with regard to serving customers and the conditions in force under this licence. Staff training must include the premises safeguarding practices.2. Documented records of training completed shall be kept for each member of staff. Training shall be regularly refreshed and at no greater than 12 monthly intervals. Training records must be made available for inspection upon request by a Police officer or an authorised officer of Colchester Borough Council.
The premises must install, operate and maintain a comprehensive digital CCTV system covering the public entry and exit points and the external area. The CCTV cameras must continually record while the premises are open to the public and recording must be kept available and unedited for a minimum of 31 days with the date and time stamping. CCTV images must be made available upon request by a Police officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. Any footage must be in a format that can be played back on a standard personal computer or standard DVD player. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. compact disc, flash card etc.) a secure storage system to store those recording mediums must be provided. 4. The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.5. Drinks must only be served in polycarbonate, plastic or shatterproof glasses.6. An incident log (which may be electronically recorded) shall be kept at the premises covering at least six months, and made available on request to the Police or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. The log must record details of the incident, date, time, the staff who dealt with it, the action taken, the outcome, and whether the emergency services were called. The incident log must record incidents in relation to - all ejections of customersany complaints receivedany incidents of disorderseizures of drugs, offensive weapons, fraudulent ID or other itemsany faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning equipmentthe date and time of the refused alcohol sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale.any visit by a relevant authority or emergency servicetimes on duty, names and the licence numbers of all licensed door supervi

No entertainment involving amplified sound shall take place outside of the following hours:12:00-23:00 every day, with an extension to 01:00 on New Year's Eve.9. All external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place. 10. There shall be no amplified sound outside.
