Sufficient and competent staff shall be on duty at the premises for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
All staff shall be trained in their responsibilities in relation to the sale of alcohol, particularly regarding drunkenness and underage persons.
Records shall be kept of training and refresher training.
The sale of alcohol shall be refused to anyone who is visibly drunk.
Anyone who is behaving in a disorderly manner shall be asked to leave the premises and the police shall be contacted if required.
Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises shall be reported to the police.
The requirements associated with the Public Space Protection Order for Hope Park shall be respected.
Appropriate fire safety procedures shall be in place.
All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times. A professional fire service firm shall be used to carry out regular monitoring and maintenance of fire protection.
