  4. Customers will not be permitted:  To climb bulwarks or other structures on the vessel.  Run along the deck.  Swim from the vessel or go overboard Prevention of Public Nuisance Refuse will be removed from the vessel after every cruise. Protection of children from harm
  5. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
