Licence conditions (29)
  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  2. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV Code of Practice (2008 Edition) produced by the information Commissioners Office, with all public areas and entrances covered.
  3. The CCTV will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  4. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are trading for the sale of alcohol.
  5. Images will be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems fit.
  6. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD or memory stick within 48hrs of a reasonable request.
  7. All staff involved in the sale or delivery of alcohol will be fully trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the training will be fully auditable and available to any responsible authority upon request.
  8. The premises will adopt the "Challenge 25" scheme and all staff involved in the sale or delivery of alcohol will be trained in the scheme. Such training will be recorded.
  9. Notices to advise customers that "Challenge 25" is in operation will displayed in the premises including near the till.
  10. The premises will have in place a system to record all refusals of sale, which shall record:
  11. (i) Date and time of refusal
  12. (ii) Item refused
  13. (iii) Name or description of person refused the sale
  14. (iv) The reason for the refusal
  15. (v) Name of the staff member making the refusal.
  16. All alcohol sold must be sealed containers and customers will not be permitted to open the containers until they have left the premises.
  17. Staff will discourage customers from hanging around outside the premises.
  18. Where customer orders at the venue consist of both, alcohol and food, the alcohol part of the order, will not be passed to the customer until the food is ready to be supplied.
  19. Where phone orders for delivery of alcohol are taken, records will be kept of the location to be delivered to and the full name of the person making the order.
  20. "Challenge 25" practises will be used for all alcohol delivery and customers are to be warned of this when placing an order.
  21. For both alcohol sales at the premises and for alcohol deliveries the only proof of ID that will be accepted will be, Passport, Photo Driving Licence or PASS approved card.
  22. Delivery staff will be supplied with U/V lights in order to check authenticity of driving licences (and bank notes)
  23. Public Safety
  24. There must be a fully stocked and maintained First Aid Box available at times the premises is open to the public.
  25. All fire safety equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority.
  26. Public Nuisance
  27. All waste will be kept in the back garden area in suitable litter/waste receptacles.
  28. All waste is to be removed at least on a weekly basis by an approved and qualified contractor.
  29. Any litter from the premises dropped or discarded outside the vicinity of the premises shall be retrieved and disposed of correctly by a member of staff.
