  1. MC1 - The supply of alcohol
  2. MC0101 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
  3. (a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
  4. (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
  5. CCTV will be installed at the premises.
  6. The staff at the restaurant are to be given training to ensure that anyone requesting to be served alcohol who looks under 18 will be asked to prove their age.
