  2. LA03, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Recorded music:· Indoors· Details: incidental musicSupply of alcohol:· Seasonal variations: Food and alcoholic beverages will cease to be served at 22.00 except Friday and SaturdayGeneral - all 4 licensing objectives:· All licensing objectives are of equal importance. Nothing beyond existing health and safety, fire safety, public safety. The prevention of crime and disorder:· The premises will not have irresponsible drinks promotions. The restaurant is family orientated. NYBF Ltd intends to become a member of the local Pubwatch scheme.Public safety:· NYBF Ltd its seating to 70 persons escape routes are unobstructed at all times.The prevention of public nuisance:· Refuse and bottles will not be emptied in unsocial hours. Signs will be erected asking patrons to leave the premises quietly.The protection of children from harm:· Persons under the age of 21 will be asked for ID. Driving licence passport
  5. Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority

Public safety:· As advised by the Fire Authority in a letter on the 17th May 2006, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 60 subject to any written alteration made by the Fire Authority. In accordance with the Council's Statement of Licensing Policy section 5.23, page 11. Prevention of public nuisance:· There shall be no emptying, handling or movement of refuse containers between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00. Prevention of crime and disorder:· Active representation and participation at Pubwatch. In accordance with the Council's Statement of Licensing Policy 1.18, page 4. Protection of children from harm:· When children are allowed on the premises, there will be no smoking or alternatively, children will be in an enclosed non-smoking room separated by a closed door from smoking areas.
