- The following non standard timings shall be applicable for the supply of alcohol and the times the premises are open to the public: From the start of trading on New Year's Eve to the end of trading on New Year's day. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing clear quality images in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all entrances and exits to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs inside the premises and any outside seating/smoking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and provided to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. A Challenge 25 Policy will be in operation at the premises, in that persons who look under the age of 25years are requested to provide proof of age by way of a Photo Driving Licence, passport or PASS accredited proof of age card. All refusals for the sale of alcohol will be recorded in writing. The premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the local Authority knock back scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar nature that may be introduced. All staff employed at the premises responsible for alcohol sales will receive training every six months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol/serving to drunks/proxy sales. Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and will be kept in an incident log book at the premises to be made available for inspection at the request of any authorised officer.
