All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
The playing of recorded music in garden areas of the premises is not permitted.
Music levels to be agreed between management and the Environmental Protection Team and then monitored by management.
The use of the garden for outside events should be limited to 6 times per year.
