- A suitable Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system will always be operational at the premises and shall always be in good working order when licensable activities are being carried out and at any other times where members of the public are present on the premises.
- The CCTV system will have sufficient storage retention capacity for a minimum of 28-day continuous footage which will be of good quality and shall show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
- The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person within 48 hours of a request having been made in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
- Members of the public will be prevented from accessing hot food and preparation areas to prevent risk of scalds or burns.
- Licensable activities will be conducted and the facilities for licensable activities will be designed and operated to prevent the transmission of audible noise or perceptible vibration throughout the fabric of the building or structure to adjoining properties.
- Litter bins shall always be available for customer use outside the premises the premises are trading, these litter bins shall be emptied at regular intervals throughout every trading day.
