Licence conditions (20)
  1. Strong management systems, training and controls will be in place to ensure the team are aware of the premises licence and its objectives.
  2. We will also ensure that alcohol is not served to underage persons, that there is no drunk, disorderly, violent or anti social behaviour and prevent the use or sale of drugs on the premises and no harm to children.
  3. A designated premises supervisor will be in day to day control of the premises, to authorise each sale and provide good training to staff.
  4. First aiders and park wardens will be on site also.
  5. CCTV will be in place with recording.
  6. CCTV systems will be in place to monitor exits and entrances and other parts of the site/complex.
  7. Prevention and vigilance in illegal drug use.
  8. Custom will not be sought by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the premises.
  9. Staff will be well trained in asking customers to use the premises in an orderly and respectful manner.
  10. Not selling alcohol to anyone drunk or anyone buying for someone who is drunk.
  11. Liaise with local authorities.
  12. Internal and external lighting as well as heating and ventilation will be in place.
  13. Training and implementation of underage ID checks.
  14. An admission and service refusal log book will be in place.
  15. The complex will be maintained and kept in working order.
  16. Noise will be kept to a minimum by closing all windows and asking customers to leave quietly.
  17. A challenge 25 policy will be in place and well displayed to remind customers to carry ID.
  18. Staff will be trained in the age verification process and requirements.
  19. No adult entertainment will take place.
  20. Staff training logs will be available.
