Licence conditions (16)
  1. General Conditions The Premises will be managed in accordance with club rules.
  2. The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and valid public liability insurance is in force and that a copy of the schedule is available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Crime and Disorder
  3. The Licensee will ensure that outside lighting is provided and used during the hours of darkness when any form of licensable activity is taking place.
  4. The Licensee will ensure that a policy is in place for ejecting disruptive customers from the premises and that staff are trained accordingly. Public Safety
  5. The Licensee will ensure that a trained first aider is on duty when the public are present.
  6. The Licensee will ensure that the Fire Brigade is called immediately in the event of a fire, however slight, and the details recorded in a Fire Log-Book. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. The Licensee will provide and maintain signage on the premises requesting that patrons leave the area quietly.
  8. The Licensee will carry out regular checks inside/outside the premises and clear any litter.
  9. There shall be no live music, no playing of recorded music and no other musical entertainment of a similar description held outdoors unless previously agreed in writing with the Licensing Authority.
  10. The volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential properties.
  11. The windows of the function room used for the playing of music shall be kept closed when musical entertainment (other than background music) is taking place.
  12. The external doors to any function room used for the playing of music shall be kept firmly closed when musical entertainment (other than background music) is taking place.
  13. In the event that additional ventilation is necessary to the function room. A detailed scheme shall be submitted to the Environmental Protection Section and only an approved scheme shall be fitted. Protection of children from harm
  14. All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
  15. The Licensee and/or staff will monitor AWP(s) to ensure non-use by under-18s. A sign confirming age prohibition will also be clearly displayed near the machine(s).
  16. The Licensee will ensure that children under the age of 16 are accompanied at all times by an adult while they are on the premises.
