Licence conditions (15)
  1. The DPS will ensure that training is provided to all staff on licensing law, staff training records will be kept at the premises and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of a responsible authority. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. CCTV will be in operation and maintained in full working order. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing authority or a police officer on demand. Signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation.
  3. The DPS will ensure that the premises are always adequately supervised, whether personally or by a manager or fully trained member(s) of staff.
  4. The DPS will ensure that non-alcoholic drink is always available on the premises.
  5. Information will be available and provided to customers on local taxi services. Public safety
  6. Risk assessments will be routinely carried out.
  7. All fire certificates will be in place.

  10. From 23:00 hours to 02:00 all windows and doors to rooms where indoor performances of plays, sporting events, live music and recorded music are taking place (other than in the form of background music) shall be kept closed other than for access and egress.
  11. The volume of the amplification system for any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  12. A responsible person shall monitor the noise level outside the buildings and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that the volume is maintained at a reduced level.
  13. Regulated entertainments within tents, marquess, gazebos or other similar structures on the site shall end at 23:00 hours. Protection of children from harm
  14. All children must be accompanied by an adult whilst on the premises.
  15. The 'Challenge 25' scheme shall be in adopted and signage will be displayed throughout the premises. Any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises shall have the relevant training and under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, will ask for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
