Licence conditions (17)
  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of practice (latest edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including access and egress points covered.
  2. The CCTV system shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  3. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are open for trading.
  4. Images will be retained for a period of at least 31 days by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  5. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other appropriate means of the image within 48hrs of the initial request being made by either the Police or Local Authority.
  6. The premises will be members of the of the Maid-Safe Radio system and a member of staff on site, will monitor the radio system at all times they are open for trading.
  7. A refusal recording system will be in operation at the premises. All staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in the system and it will record the following:-
  8. Time of refusal
  9. Item refused
  10. Name or description of the person refused
  11. Reason for refusal
  12. Name of staff member making the refusal
  13. The refusal system will be available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
  14. A Challenge 25 scheme will be in operation at the premises and all staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be trained in the scheme. All such training will be recorded and any such training records will be made available to the Police or other responsible authority upon request.
  15. At least one member of security staff will be on duty between the hours of 05.30 and 07.00hrs each Saturday morning if the premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
  16. Alcohol will be displayed in full view of the counter at all times.
  17. Till prompts will be used to remind staff to ask for ID when selling age related products.
