Licence conditions (11)
  1. 1.A CCTV system with recording equipment will be installed and maintained on the premises. CCTV equipment shall be kept in good working order and:- be of evidential quality and reproduce colour images in all lighting conditions; Indicate the time and date; be retained for 31 days; sufficient staff will be trained to use the system; and the original images will be made available for inspection immediately upon request to officers of responsible authorities.
  2. 2.Cameras will be sited to observe the entrance doors from the inside. Cameras on the entrances will capture full frame shots of the heads and shoulders of all people entering the premises i.e. capable of identification. Cameras will be sited to cover all areas to which the public have access and have a monitor to review images and recorded quality.
  3. 3.An incident log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to the Police, which will record the following: a)all crimes reported to the venue b)all ejections of patrons c)any complaints received d)any incidents of disorder e)seizures of drugs or offensive weapons f)any faults in the CCTV system g)any refusal of the sale of alcohol h)any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.
  4. 4.All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the police as soon as reasonably practicable.
  5. 5.Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained, training will be ongoing and each member of staff shall be reviewed every 12 months. All details of the level of training will be recorded in an electronic record. This information shall be made available for inspection and copying on request by the Police or any other authorised person immediately upon request and all such records shall be retained for at least 12 months.
  6. 6.Couriers will be trained on relevant aspects of the Licensing Act 2003 including underage sales, sales to a person who is drunk, obtaining alcohol for a child and delivering alcohol to someone under the age of 18.
  7. 7.The licensee shall ensure that any delivery service employed to facilitate the delivery of alcohol has an adequate proof of age scheme in place, such as the Challenge 21 scheme, to be undertaken at the point of delivery to any customer.
  8. 8.The premises will not sell spirits and alcohol sales will be limited to wine, beer, cider and all alcohol will be dispatched from the premises in closed containers.
  9. A 'Challenge 21 Policy will be implemented.
  10. Any person taking an order for the supply of alcohol on behalf of the premises licence holder will inform all customers that proof of age will be required.
  11. 11.Alcohol may only be sold to individuals over the age of 18 with valid proof of identification with one of the following: oA valid passport oA photo driving licence oA proof of age standard card system oA citizen card, supported by the Home Office
