Licence conditions (14)
  1. The till will be kept behind the counter with no access to the public.
  2. A recording internal and external CCTV system will be installed and will ordinarily be in fully operational use at all times the venue is operating under its premises licence.
  3. CCTV system will be of a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required.
  4. As a minimum any copies burned off for Police must be capable of being played on any Windows based system without the need for further software and without the need for any enhancement.
  5. The recording equipment will be stored and operated in a secure environment with limited access to avoid damage, theft, unauthorised viewing and maintain the integrity of the system.
  6. The system will be regularly maintained and serviced.
  7. The system clock will be checked regularly for accuracy taking account of GMT and BST.
  8. Police and authorised Officers of Havant Borough Council shall have access to data from the systems quickly and easily and therefore provision will be made for someone to have access to the secure area and also be able to operate the equipment and to supply footage in a format which can be easily viewed by Police.
  9. All operators will receive training from the installer when equipment is installed and this training will be cascaded down to new members of staff.
  10. An operator's manual will be available to assist in replaying and exporting data (particularly important with digital systems).
  11. A member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open. A person will have responsibility for the premises whilst the premises are open.
  12. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket will be readily available.
  13. Opening times will be displayed and customers asked to leave quietly.
  14. The public are restricted from entering any area used for cooking or food preparation.
